Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that during high-demand periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may take longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Time Frames
We offer three different shipping options that you can select at checkout. Please note: shipping times refer only to transit and do not include the order processing period — make sure to account for processing time when placing your order.

Economy (5‑8 days) — $9.99
Standard (3‑4 days) — $16.99
Express (1‑2 days) — $23.99

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States.
PO Boxes: We recommend providing a physical address for faster, more reliable delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, please note that once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damaged items. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or postal service first. Should you require further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Signature on Delivery
For added security, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, a note will be left by the carrier for further instructions on how to reschedule delivery.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they’ve been shipped, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
