All of our extensions are virgin human hair unless otherwise stated.

Can I dye or heat-style the extensions?
Yes! All of our 100% human hair extensions can be dyed, curled, straightened, or styled just like your natural hair. However, we recommend using heat protectant and having chemical processes done by a professional to prolong the life of your extensions.

How do I care for my extensions?
Here are some basic care tips:
• Wash with sulfate-free, alcohol-free shampoo and conditioner
• Avoid sleeping with wet hair or without a protective style
• Detangle gently from ends to roots
• Minimize heat styling when possible

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene and health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair extensions — whether opened or unopened. Human hair products are considered a personal hygiene item, and once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee their sanitary condition for resale.
